Kalev Yacht Club is open for passers-by as well as sailing enthusiasts. The club is located along two actively used pathways on separate levels. Divided into several buildings, the new yacht club with its courtyards, terraces and the old main building forms a comprehensive complex.
The smaller scattered volumes are more sensitive to the old main building and fit the location better. The areas between the buildings overlook the river and the sea while creating also recesses for relaxing sheltered from the winds.
