The apartment building on the banks of the Emajõgi River features a rational load-bearing structure and efficient spatial organization. Constructed from reinforced concrete elements, the building ensures durability, longevity, and structural stability, while its architectural design introduces a visually dynamic and aesthetically refined composition.
The most distinctive architectural element is the exclusive balconies, which function as a seamless extension of the living spaces. Oriented towards the sun, these generous terraces offer panoramic views of the Emajõgi River, while also serving as natural shading elements, enhancing both comfort and energy efficiency.
The expansive terraces provide light-filled and private outdoor spaces, reinforcing the openness and airiness of the building. Additionally, the balconies play an integral role in defining the architectural identity, giving the structure a distinct and recognizable character.
The façade composition employs an alternating rhythm of wood and concrete, creating a playful and dynamic architectural language. Wood introduces warmth and a natural texture, while painted concrete emphasizes a contemporary and bold aesthetic, resulting in a balanced yet expressive urban presence.
