Europe Square as a Strategic Connection Point Between the Rail Baltica Terminal and Tallinn Airport
The public space is designed as a modern and people-friendly urban environment, where mobility solutions, green areas, and urban furniture create a high-quality, pedestrian-friendly city space.
As part of the project, the Ülemiste Center was opened towards Ülemiste City, strengthening the synergy between the business district and the commercial environment. The design of Europe Square enables smooth movement and high-quality urban space, making the area more attractive for both visitors to the center and employees of Ülemiste City.
The project also included the vision for the first high-rise building in Ülemiste City. This skyscraper would become a landmark for the area, shaping the identity of the future business district.
